About our business
FIVES Lifestyle is a Nepal-registered company (est. 2019) trading in women’s fashion. We import directly from leading Indian manufacturers and brand partners — including production hubs in Surat and Ahmedabad — and retail in Nepal at competitive factory-linked pricing. We operate as a government-registered import/export undertaking and local supplier.
Products & pricing
- Product images, colours and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability; slight variation may occur due to fabric batches, lighting and screen settings
- Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We may correct pricing errors before order confirmation
- Offers, coupons and Style Points are subject to their stated terms
Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed when payment is verified (prepaid) or when we accept a COD order
- QR payments require upload of proof; we verify before dispatch
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate or abusive
- COD availability depends on product, location and order value — shown at checkout
Delivery
Delivery terms are in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you upon successful handover to the courier or at your door as per courier terms.
Returns & refunds
Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Please read it before purchase.
Intellectual property
Website content, logos, product photography and text are owned by FIVES Lifestyle or our partners. You may not copy, scrape or resell our catalogue without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Nepali law, FIVES Lifestyle is not liable for indirect losses, courier delays beyond our control, or force majeure events. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, after good-faith resolution via our support team.
