FIVES Lifestyle delivers across Nepal — Kathmandu Valley and outside Valley — through trusted courier partners including NCM where configured.

Delivery options at checkout

• Home delivery — parcel to your door
• Office / counter pickup — collect from the nearest courier branch (often lower fee outside Valley)

Shipping fees

• Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): flat Rs. 100
• Outside Valley: fee by city/place and delivery type — calculated live at checkout
• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000 (as shown on site)

Processing time

• Valley: typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Outside Valley: typically 3–7 business days depending on destination
• During festivals (Teej, Dashain, Tihar) allow extra 1–2 days

Prepaid orders ship after payment verification. COD orders ship after order confirmation.

Tracking

When available, tracking ID is shared by SMS/WhatsApp and visible in My Account → Orders after dispatch.

Import & quality

Our inventory is sourced direct from India’s top manufacturers (Surat, Ahmedabad and partner brands) and cleared through proper import channels. Each piece is checked before dispatch from our Nepal fulfilment.

Failed delivery / address issues

Ensure phone number and landmark are correct. Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
